  • ice cream maker
  • blender


  • 2 Cups Raspberries
  • 3/4 Cup Cream cheese
  • 2 Cans coconut milk Full fat
  • 2 Tsp stevia or Keto sweetener of your choice


  • Combine all ingredients in a large blender

  • Blend until thoroughly combined 
  • Pour into your ice cream maker and Churn according to the manufacturers instructions
  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour blended mixture into a freezer save container
  • Store in the freezer for 4-6 hours
  • Blend with a hand held electric mixer one time per hour
