Boil the noodles for 4 minutes in a large pot of water with a dash of salt and oil.
Add the broccoli into the water and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Then drain it and set them aside.
Combine the chicken pieces in a large mixing bowl with all seasonings and toss until thoroughly combined.
Heat a large skillet on medium high with some olive oil and sear the chicken pieces for 2 minutes per side.
Slowly pour the chicken broth into the skillet as well and bring it to a simmer.
Whisk in the cream cheese and ricotta cheese until they melt into the mixture, it’s okay if it’s chunky.
Stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese until it melts as well.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F- Remove the skillet from the heat and gently combine the pasta and broccoli into the mixture as well.
Pour the entire mixture into your greased baking dish, sprinkle the top with the rest of the mozzarella and the Parmesan.
Cover the top with foil and bake it for 15 minutes, rest for 10 minutes, serve!
