  • 1 lbs flank steak
  • 6 cups chopped broccoli
  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

For The Sauce

  • 1 tsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp tapioca flour 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil


  • Slice the flank steak into quarter inch thick strips
  • Chop your broccoli into floret chunks Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until they are thoroughly mixed. 
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet on medium heat and start to sauté the broccoli florets with the lid on for 5 minutes.
  • Scoop the broccoli into a bowl and set it aside while finishing the rest of this easy keto dinner recipes.
  • Add another tablespoon of oil back into the skillet and hear the flank steak strips on both sides for two or three minutes per side. 
  • Reduce the heat to medium low and slowly whisk in the sauce mixture and bring it to a light simmer before adding the broccoli back into the skillet. 
  • Stir in some water to thin the sauce if you want. 
  • Allow the beef and broccoli stir fry recipe to rest for five minutes and serve.
