Slice the chicken into 1 inch thick strips
Combine the flour and cornstarch and 1 teaspoon salt in a mixing bowl and whisk
Whisk the four eggs in a separate mixing bowl
Thoroughly coat it’s chicken strip and eggs and then the flour mixture and set aside
Repeat the steps until all your chicken slices are thoroughly coated in the batter
Use a large cooking skillet to heat the cooking oil on medium high heat
Carefully drop the chicken pieces into the hot oil and cook for five minutes then turn them over and cook for another five minutes
When each chicken pieces is done cooking move it over to a large clean mixing bowl
Melt the butter in a sauce pan before whisking in the remaining sauce ingredients
Show me simmer on medium low heat while working for five minutes
Remove the sauce from the heat and then pour it on top of the cooked chicken pieces in the mixing bowl and tossed with a spoon until all the chicken pieces are coated in the sauce
Allow it to rest for five minutes then serve, sprinkle with some sesame seeds for garnish
