Pat each steak dry with a paper towel to absorb moisture
Combine the lemon juice, herbs, and seasoning in a mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined
Melt 2 tbsp butter a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat
Dry rub the seasoning mixture on the steak and sear each steak for approximately 5 minutes per side depending on thickness of your steak and preferred doneness
You can check with a thermometer (145 degrees F in the center of your steak means your steak is medium done)
When your steak is done fry the green beans in the skillet with the steak juices, shallots, garlic, 1 tbsp butter, and remaining seasoning.
Sprinkle everything with Parmesan cheese
