  • Large skillet or frying pan


  • 1 lbs 1 lbs chicken tenderloin (cut into 1 inch cubes/pieces)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white onions diced 
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley


  • Cut the chicken tenderloins into 1 inch pieces 
  • Bring a medium/ high heat to a medium/ large frying pan (that has a lid) and drizzle  in the vegetable oil
  • Add in the spices and onions and reduce heat to medium low 
  • Mix and stir the onion around until they become golden brown
  • Pour in the milk, cream, and chicken broth and stir 
  • Bring the liquid to a simmer and add in the chicken, cover the pan with the lid and cook for 10 minutes 
  • add in the spinach, stir around the ingredients, then put the lid back on for 8 more minutes
  • Remove heat and allow it to cool off for 10 minutes before serving!
