Cut the chicken tenderloins into 1 inch pieces
Bring a medium/ high heat to a medium/ large frying pan (that has a lid) and drizzle in the vegetable oil
Add in the spices and onions and reduce heat to medium low
Mix and stir the onion around until they become golden brown
Pour in the milk, cream, and chicken broth and stir
Bring the liquid to a simmer and add in the chicken, cover the pan with the lid and cook for 10 minutes
add in the spinach, stir around the ingredients, then put the lid back on for 8 more minutes
Remove heat and allow it to cool off for 10 minutes before serving!
