Everything but the bagel seasoning
(Combination of sesame seeds, dried onion flakes, and garlic powder)

Gouda cheese (crumbles)
Or cheese of your preference
Instructions
Start making these artichokes by cutting off the thick stem and then cutting them all in half (leaving you with 8 halves)
Use a spoon to scoop out the inedible fuzzy center (called the choke) located on top of the heart
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Line your sheet pan with parchment paper
Use a basting brush to lightly coat the artichokes with olive oil
Then do the same with the apple cider vinegar
Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over the inner part of the artichokes
Crumble up your Gouda cheese (or cheese of your preference)
Bake them for 15 minutes, then carefully cover with a sheet of tin foil and bake another 30 minutes (total 45 minutes)
