  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup


  • Start by combining the heavy whipping cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl. 
  • Then beat it with an electric mixer until it becomes whipped cream. 
  • Once the mixture has become fluffy whipped cream add 1/4 cup chilled chocolate syrup and beat again on high until the chocolate is thoroughly combined.
  • Use the chocolate whipped cream to fill the popsicle molds.
  • Put the chocolate ice cream recipe in the freezer for 3 or 4 hours until completely frozen before serving!
