  • 10 large eggs
  • 3 oz crumbled cooked bacon
  • 3 Oz crumbled or shredded cheese cheddar or cheese or your choice
  • cup chopped spinach
  • 2 Tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients

  • Use a whisk and whip up the eggs with the other ingredients and seasoning 
  • Grease your sheet pan with vegetable oil or melted butter 
  • Pour the whipped egg mixture into the sheet pan and distribute it evenly
  • Bake sheet pan scrambled eggs for 12 minutes
