  • 8 Oz Salmon
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • Cup Butter Softened
  • 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper


  • In a large mixing bowl combine lemon juice, melted butter, minced garlic, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper 
  • Whisk the marinade ingredients together until thoroughly combined 
  • Slice the salmon into 12 or 13 cubes approximately 1 inch by 1 inch 
  • Put the salmon cubes into the marinade and stir around a little bit
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for an hour or more
  • Place the marinated salmon cubes into the air fryer basket, spread out evenly
  • Set your air fryer to 350 degrees F 
  • Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes
