  • ¾ Cup Erythritol for baking
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • ¾ Cup

  • In a large mixing bowl combine almond flour, erythritol, and baking powder.
  • Whisk these dry ingredients until low carb cookie dough thoroughly combined. 
  • Next combine the egg and vanilla extract and whisk vigorously until thoroughly combined.
  • Then add the softened, room temperature, butter and whisk again vigorously until thoroughly combined.
  • Lastly, add the sugar free chocolate chips and use a large spoon to mix and fold until chocolate chips are evenly distributed
  • Now is a good time to preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a large sheet pan with non stick spray, oil, or butter.
