vegetable oil

bacon
cut in half

chipotle powder seasoning
or seasoning of your choice but this is one of my favorites for this type of recipe!
Instructions
Cut the bottoms off the brussel sprouts
Cut each bacon strip in half
Add the Brussels sprouts into a medium mixing bowl with oil and seasoning and toss
Wrap each Brussel sprout with a half of a bacon strip, allow the bacon to overlap slightly to prevent it from unwrapping
Cook at 350 for 10 minutes
Wait a few minutes as bacon continues to cook, then check if the bacon is as crispy as you prefer
If not, cook for another 3 to 5 minutes to crispier bacon
