Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts With Bacon

  • 12 medium brussels sprouts
  • ½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 slices bacon cut in half
  • ½ tbsp chipotle powder seasoning

    or seasoning of your choice but this is one of my favorites for this type of recipe!


  • Cut the bottoms off the brussel sprouts
  • Cut each bacon strip in half 
  • Add the Brussels sprouts into a medium mixing bowl with oil and seasoning and toss
  • Wrap each Brussel sprout with a half of a bacon strip, allow the bacon to overlap slightly to prevent it from unwrapping
  • Cook at 350 for 10 minutes
  • Wait a few minutes as bacon continues to cook, then check if the bacon is as crispy as you prefer
  • If not, cook for another 3 to 5 minutes to crispier bacon
