Ingredients
  

  • 8 (6 oz) boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Finely chopped onions
  • ½ Jalapeños

    (rinsed with guts and seeds removed)

  • 1 Tbsp Chipotle chili powder
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • ½ Tsp Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Start by combining all the seasoning in a small mixing bowl and whisk 
  • Place the chicken thighs into the crockpot first 
  • Sprinkle the seasoning and evenly distribute it on top of the chicken 
  • Toss in the onions, garlic, and jalapeños 
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours
