Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Oz Cream cheese
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ Cup Zero calorie/carb Walden Farms Caramel syrup Or caramel syrup of your choice
  • 1 Cup Powdered confectioners erythritol Or sugar of your choice

Instructions
 

  • The best way to get this whipped cream to be nice and fluffy is to chill everything ahead of time

  • Put all the ingredients, the mixing bowl, and the beater sticks in the refrigerator the night before (or at least 4 hours) 
  • If you can’t chill everything before hand that’s ok too, you can make the whipped cream THEN chill it for a few hours THEN beat it again with the electric mixer to get it to become fluffy
  • In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, caramel syrup, and vanilla extract and beat with electric mixer until thoroughly combined 
  • Then add the heavy cream and beat with electric mixer until thoroughly combined 
  • Next add the powdered erythritol and beat again until thoroughly combined 
  • Continue to beat the whipped cream with the mixer on high until it becomes thick and fluffy 
  • If your whipped cream mixture isn’t fluffing up, it’s probably not cold enough. 
  • Store the mixing bowl in the refrigerator for an hour or two and try to beat it again
