Ingredients
  

  • 8 Whole Chicken thighs Approximately 6 oz each
  • 1 whole Spaghetti squash Medium sized
  • 8 Oz Cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Onion powder
  • ½ Tbsp Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Start by prepping the spaghetti squash by cutting off the end points
  • Next use a vegetable peeler to remove the outside skin
  • Then cut it in half an remove all the guts and seeds
  • Next cut the spaghetti squash in quarters
  • Now combine all the ingredients in the crockpot, turn it on high, and put the lid on
  • Every hour or so come by and stir the ingredients around with a large mixing spoon
