Instructions
Rinse the jalapeños and cut them in half length wise
Scoop out the inside seeds and guts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl combine jalapeños, olive oil, and salt
Toss to evenly distribute olive oil and salt
Use a regular spoon to fill the jalapeños with cream cheese
Wrap each cream cheese filled jalapeño with one half slice of bacon
Spread out bacon wrapped poppers on a large baking pan
Bake for approximately 25 minutes
Allow to rest 15-20 minutes before serving
