  • large baking pan


  • 15 whole jalapenos fresh
  • 7.5 slices bacon cut in half
  • 8 oz cream cheese try a savory flavor like garden vegetable or onion and chives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Rinse the jalapeños and cut them in half length wise 
  • Scoop out the inside seeds and guts
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a large mixing bowl combine jalapeños, olive oil, and salt
  • Toss to evenly distribute olive oil and salt
  • Use a regular spoon to fill the jalapeños with cream cheese 
  • Wrap each cream cheese filled jalapeño with one half slice of bacon
  • Spread out bacon wrapped poppers on a large baking pan
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes 
  • Allow to rest 15-20 minutes before serving
