  • 6 6 oz chicken thighs
  • 6 slices bacon cut in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  • In a large baking pan drizzle olive oil
  • Toss in the chicken thighs and manually move them around to distribute the olive oil
  • Sprinkle seasoning evenly across the chicken thighs
  • Lay bacon strips flat across the top of the chicken thighs 
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Let rest for 20 minutes before serving
