- 6 slices bacon cut in half
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
In a large baking pan drizzle olive oil
Toss in the chicken thighs and manually move them around to distribute the olive oil
Sprinkle seasoning evenly across the chicken thighs
Lay bacon strips flat across the top of the chicken thighsÂ
