  • 2 mixing bowls
  • large baking pan


  • 20 small ”party” size chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce has zero carbs!


  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F
  • Put all the chicken wings In a large mixing bowl 
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss with a large spoon
  • Spread out chicken wings in a large baking pan
  • Bake for 35 minutes
  • Let the chicken wings cool off enough to transfer into a different mixing bowl
  • Pour Buffalo wing sauce over cooked chicken wings
  • Toss in the bowl or mix around with a different large spoon
