  • 4 cups white chocolate chips for baking
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup walnuts


  • Line your cake pan with wax or parchment paper 
  • In a large mixing bowl (Microwave safe) Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for up to 2 minutes 
  • Stir vigorously with a large spoon 
  • Add the remaining ingredients and continue to stir vigorously with a large spoon until thoroughly combined 
  • Pour fudge mixture into your pan and store in the refrigerator to harden (at least one hour)
  • Cut into 12 squares
