Equipment

Ingredients
  

dry ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp salt

wet ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter room temperature
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips for baking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In a large mixing bowl bowl, combine the melted butter, coconut flour, and erythritol.  
  • Add the beaten eggs and mix
  • Add the cocoa powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt and Mix/ blend on low 
  • Pour in the chocolate chips and blend with a rubber spatula. 
  • scoop into 10 cookies and place onto baking sheet.   
  • bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • let cool before serving
