Rainbow Marshmallow Krispy Treats Recipe

Rainbow Marshmallow Krispy Treats Recipe

These Rainbow Marshmallow Krispy Treats are so colorful and delicious. They remind me of Christmas lights, that’s why it’s a super easy christmas dessert recipe. You have to try this recipe for cereal bars made with “Oops All Berries” Captain Crunch.

These Rainbow Marshmallow Krispy Treats are better than any rice Krispy treat recipe you’ll ever try. This recipe for cereal bars uses all easy ingredients.

These easy ingredients are easy to get a hold of at the local grocery store. For the marshmallows I used Jet Puffed mini marshmallows. They work perfect for Krispy treat cereal bars. I also used Hershey’s white chocolate chips for this cereal bar recipe.

This cereal bar recipe is so easy to make

Rainbow rice krispy treats

All you need is 10 oz mini marshmallows, 1/4 cup whites chocolate, 4 tbsp butter, and 11.5 oz oops all berries captain crunch cereal. Oops All Berries Captain Crunch is next to the regular Captain Crunch.

For the white chocolate icing all you need is 3/4 cup white chocolate and 3 tbsp blue sprinkles. I like the blue crystal looking sprinkles. However you can use any type of sprinkles you like on this dessert recipe.

Start making the recipe for cereal bars by combining 10 oz mini marshmallows, 1/4 cup white chocolate, and 4 tbsp butter in a large (microwave safe) mixing bowl.

Heat these ingredients in the microwave for 40 seconds at a time and then stir. Repeat this approximately 3 times until the ingredients are completely melted and combined (if you heat it all at once it will burn)

Next add the entire 11.5 oz box of “Oops All Berries” Captain Crunch Cereal to the mixing bowl. Then use a large spoon to mix and fold to evenly distribute the cereal into the melted marshmallow mixture

Pour the cereal mixture into a large cake pan (I used an 11x7x2 rectangular cake pan). In a small to medium (microwave safe) mixing bowl combine 3/4 cup white chocolate and 3 tbsp blue sprinkles

Heat this mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir. Repeat this heating process 2 or 3 times until it’s completely melted. Immediately pour this icing over the marshmallow krispy treats recipe

and then put it in the refrigerator to harden.
