One Pan Ground Beef Keto Recipe

This ground beef keto recipe is crazy simple to make. It really makes the best one pan recipe for keto meal prep ideas. Low carb recipes for freezer meals help me loose weight fast and stay on my diet. My favorite this to do is top with sour cream and crumbled pork rinds.

Ground beef keto recipe for freezer meals like this one are my go to food for dieting. The meat heats up and the fat starts to melt in the pan. This combined with the seasonings makes the great beans absolutely mouthwatering. 

Furthermore you only need a handful of simple ingredients for this ground beef keto recipe. All you need is 1 lbs ground beef, 2 cups (10 oz) green beans, and 1 tbsp chicken bullion.

Other ingredients for this one pan recipe include 1/2 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, and 1/4 cup apple juice. Also 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup thinly slices white onion and 2 tbsp olive oil. 

Start making ground beef keto dish by putting the ground beef, onions, and green beans in a large zip lock bag or container (don’t mix them up just let them sit next to each other). In a medium mixing bowl combine all the dry seasonings (paprika, bullion, and garlic powder) and whisk together. 

Sprinkle the seasoning over the ground beef and green beans inside the large zip lock bag (or container) try to make it evenly distributed for the Keto meal prep ideas. Add the liquid ingredients into the bag as well (apple juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice).

Zip up the large zip lock bag (or container) and shake it up. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour. Bring a large frying pan (sauce pan) to a medium/high heat and drizzle with olive oil. Add the ground beef and green beans to the pan, keeping the beef and green beans relatively separate.
