Mocha Latte Keto Cheesecake Recipe with chocolate fudge crust

This Mocha Latte Keto Cheesecake Recipe is so thick and gooey. It only contains 9 carbs per serving. This no bake keto chocolate cheesecake is Chocolate overload creamy goodness!

This mocha latte chocolate cake uses only easy Keto ingredients. The chocolate fudge crust ingredients include 3/4 cup Sugar free chocolate chips for baking, 8 oz cream cheese, and 1 cup zero calorie sweetener for baking.

Ingredients for the no bake keto chocolate cheesecake include 16 oz Cream Cheese 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream, and 1/4 cup sugar free plain yogurt. And 2 tbsp instant coffee and Tsp vanilla extract.

Also 3/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips melted and 2 cups powdered Keto friendly sweetener for baking (such as erythritol, monk fruit, or Splenda for baking). Any sugar replacement works in this no bake keto chocolate cheesecake.

No bake keto chocolate cheesecake is so easy

First Line your cake pan with parchment paper for best keto cake removal results. Then Make The Crust by first microwaving 3/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips for baking.

Next In a microwave safe large mixing bowl heat the chocolate chips for 30 seconds and stir, then repeat until the chocolate is thoroughly melted. This should take about 2 minutes total for this no bake keto chocolate cheesecake.

If you try to microwave them all at once it will likely burn the chocolate. Next add 8 oz cream cheese and 1 cup powdered zero calorie sweetener for baking to the melted chocolate. Then stir vigorously until thoroughly combined.

Pour the no bake Keto chocolate cheesecake crust into the cake pan and smooth into a crust shape. Chill the chocolate crust in the refrigerator  while making the Keto mocha cheesecake filling.

For The keto Cheesecake Filling melt 3/4 cup chocolate chips using the same method as before. Use a separate large microwave safe mixing bowl. Then Add 16 oz cream cheese and beat with electric mixer until thoroughly combined.

Next Add 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar free yogurt and beat again with electric mixer until thoroughly combined. Then Add 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp instant coffee grounds and 2 cups zero calorie sweetener for baking and beat again with electric mixer until thoroughly combined.

Pour the Keto mocha Latte Cheesecake Filling in top of the chocolate fudge crust and smooth with a large mixing spoon. You will love this keto dessert recipe
