Keto Raspberry Cheesecake Bars Recipe

I am still doing the low carb diet as I’m preparing to make this recipe. It’s my husbands birthday tomorrow so this will be his bday cake. He loves This Keto Raspberry Cheesecake bars Recipe. Keto cheesecake bars are simple, gluten free, and processed sugar free.

I was really miss informed going into this Keto diet thing. Meaning I managed to do low carbs but I neglected to eat enough fats or drink enough fluids for 6 whole days! That’s why I love Keto cheesecakes like this raspberry one.

It left me feeling a little off. I lost a few pounds very quickly but I felt like I was going to pass out! So I did some research about the Keto Diet And Keto Recipes. Like these keto raspberry cheesecake bars recipe.

This cake is also low in carbs. I’ve included directions to make this cheesecake Keto or not. It’s basically whether you use artificial sweetener or real sugar.

Some people don’t want to use artificial sweeteners which I totally understand. As soon as I’m finished doing Keto I’m not going to use them so much. Perhaps just in my coffee. But this keto raspberry cheesecake bars recipe is so delicious.

Ingredients for this Keto raspberry cheesecake are really simple. You will need almond flour, stevia, and cream cheese. Also eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder.

Stevia is a zero calorie sweetener that works really well! It is Perfect for this Low Carb Dessert Recipe. Stevia is extracted from a plant called Stevia rebaudiana. It’s not exactly “fake” sugar. It’s great for keto raspberry cheesecake bars recipe.

But I love this simple Keto Cheesecake Recipe.

Instead what happens is that The body does not metabolize the glycosides in stevia. Meaning your body doesn’t absorb any calories! I think that’s some pretty cool science! Especially for Keto dessert recipes and weight loss.

Other zero calorie sweeteners include sucralose (aka Splenda),  Truvia, Equal, and Monk fruit. However Stevia is my favorite sugar substitute for this Low Carb Raspberry Cheesecake Keto Recipe. I use stevia for a lot of recipes like breakfast, snacks, smoothies, and desserts. It helps me curb sugar cravings also.

Did you know Raspberries are the lowest carb fruit? Second are blueberries and blackberries. Incorporating A little low sugar fruit is healthy on Keto.

raspberries contains 65 calories and 15 carbs. They contain 5g of fiber and 1.5 grams protein. Raspberries are rich in calcium, vitamin C, iron, vitamin B6, and magnesium.

Raspberry Cheese Cake Recipe

  • Electric mixer


  • 1 Cup Almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp Stevia Or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 1.5 Cup Cream cheese (12 oz)
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 2 cups almond milk


For The Cake

  • Preheat the over to 350
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and whisk.
  • In a separate bowl combine combine cream cheese and raspberries. Blend on medium until combined. Add the milk one cup at a time and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Slowly add liquid to dry ingredients while blending on low. Blend all ingredients on medium until thoroughly combined.
  • Grease pan (9X9 preferably) or line with parchment paper. Pour batter into cake pan
  • Bake for 30 minutes 

For The Frosting

  • Combine 3/4 cup cream cheese and desired amount sweetener
  • Blend and spread on top of chilled cake
