This Keto pumpkin cheesecake recipe is so creamy and delicious! I can’t wait to make some next holiday season. Pumpkins are one of my favorite seasonal flavors. 

Did you know pumpkin is Keto Friendly? I was amazed when I found out because so many vegetables/fruits are so high in carbohydrates. However pumpkin is one of the lowest carb produce. With only 8 grams per one cup. Pumpkins make the best keto cheesecake recipes.

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 16 Oz Cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin purée
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp Stevia Or Sweetener of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350*F
  • In a large mixing bowl Combine all wet ingredients and blend.
  • Add flour, spice, and sweetener and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour batter in greased or lined baking pan
  • Bake for 25 minutes
