Keto Kool Aid Cheesecake Recipe

This Keto Kool Aid Cheesecake Recipe is so easy and fun. It tastes like creamy tangy candy. The kool aid creates a lovely color as well. Keto desserts are great for easy weight loss also.

Doing the Keto Diet is fun and beneficial for me. I don’t do it al the time, just when I want to lose some weight. At the time I’m writing this I want to lose 10 pounds. I’ve had too many late night snacks lately. I should be eating this kool aid cheesecake.

Making the kool aid cheesecake crust is super easy as well. All you need for ingredients are 1/3 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup melted sugar free dark chocolate chips for baking, and  3 tbsp confectioners swerve. Or Keto sweetener of your choice and 2 cups almond flour.

Ingredients for the cheesecake include 2 tsp. vanilla extract, 16 oz. cream cheese, and 1 cup confectioners erythritol (swerve). Also 1/2 cup sour cream, 3/4 cup heavy cream, and 1 packet sugar free Kool aid flavor of your choice (I used watermelon).

Instructions for the Keto crust couldn’t be easier!

Keto Kool Aid Cheesecake Recipe

First a large mixing bowl combine melted butter, melted chocolate, almond flour, 3 tablespoons of confectioner’s erythritol (Swerve) and 1 tsp of vanilla together.

Then Blend keto kool aid cheesecake mixture with electric mixer until thoroughly combined. Next Manually mix and mold into the bottom of 9-inch pie pan. Lastly refrigerator for at least one hour.

Instructions for the kool aid cheesecake is equally simple. First: In a large mixing bowl combine combine all cream cheese, 1 cup of confectioner’s erythritol (Swerve), 1 tsp of vanilla, and kool aid.

Then Use an electric mixer to blend until thoroughly combined. Next add sour cream and heavy cream and blend until thoroughly combined. Pour the batter into the crust and smooth out the top of the Keto

cheesecake.

You will need to refrigerator the cheesecake for 4 hours.
