My husband and son really liked this Low Carb Flat Bread with cheese and spinach  also. We all sat down and ate some with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing! My toddler is even walking around with a slice of pizza bread in her hands.

This Keto bread recipe only takes about 10 minutes to prep. Then only 10 additional minutes to bake. Allow another 10 minutes for resting time and it’s ready to serve!

Keto Flat Bread Pizza Recipe Easy

You only need 6 easy ingredients for Keto Flat Bread. Such as 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 oz cream cheese, 1.5 cups crumbled Queso Fresco, or shredded mozzarella cheese. Also 1 large egg, 1 tbsp olive oil for greasing pan, and 1 cup chopped spinach.

You need some seasoning for your Keto pizza bread with cheese and spinach. Spices include 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp dried basil, and 1 tbsp onion powder.

Cheesy Keto bread directions are super easy. First Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then In a large mixing bowl combine 1 cup Queso and cream cheese. These cheese make the best keto flatbread recipe.

Next melt the bowl of cheeses in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Then microwave another 30 seconds and stir again. Repeat this process until thoroughly melted and combined. It has to be melted for this Keto recipe to work.

Should be a total of 1:30 seconds approximately. If you try to melt it all at once it will probably burn the cheese. Add the egg to the melted cheese mixture and beat with electric mixer.

Next add almond flour flour and spices and beat again with electric mixer until thoroughly combined. Then line a square cake pan (9X9) with foil or parchment paper.

  • Top with ½ cup Queso and spinach

  • Allow cheesy flat bread pizza to cool off completely before cutting into squares
