Keto Cheesecake IceCream BonBons Recipe

One big reason I love the ketogenic diet is recipes like this one! This Keto Cheesecake IceCream BonBons Recipe is so easy, creamy, delicious! I love to make a bunch of them and keep some in the fridge and some in the freezer. Check out these keto cheesecake balls.

Here I go starting the Keto Diet again for the second time. It worked great the first time and after I hit my goal weight I transitioned to a plant based diet.

The ingredients for this keto recipe are really easy to work with. All you need for the filling is 1 Cup Cream cheese, 1 Can Coconut milk, and 1 Tbs Vanilla extract. Also 1/4 Cup Coconut oil, 2 Tbs Stevia, Or any amount Keto sweetener of your choice.

For the chocolate outer coating all you need is 1 Cup Sugar free dark chocolate chips for baking, 1 Tbsp Stevia, Or any amount Keto sweetener of your choice.

Keto Bon Bons

It’s easy to make this Keto dessert recipe. First In a large mixing bowl combine all filling ingredients. Then use electric mixer to blend on medium until thoroughly combined and fluffy. Next Fill silicone mold of your choice and place in freezer until frozen solid

Microwave chocolate for 45 seconds or until fully melted but not burnt. Add sweetener and Whisk. Then Toss frozen cream cheese ice cream fillings into melted chocolate and move around until fully coated

Cream cheese is really low in carbs all it needs it a little Keto Friendly sweetener and bam! Just like no bake cheesecake! These keto cheesecake balls are the best.

Furthermore canned coconut milk has almost no carbs whatsoever.

Ingredients

For The Filling

  • 1 Cup Cream cheese
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil
  • 2 Tbs Stevia Or any amount Keto sweetener of your choice

For The Chocolate Shell Coating

  • 1 Cup Sugar free dark chocolate chips for baking
  • 1 Tbsp Stevia Or any amount Keto sweetener of your choice

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl combine all filling ingredients and use electric mixer to blend on medium and then high until thoroughly combined and fluffy.
  • Fill silicone mold of your choice and place in freezer until frozen solid
  • Microwave chocolate for 45 seconds or until fully melted but not burnt. Add sweetener and Whisk
  • Toss frozen cream cheese ice cream fillings into melted chocolate and move around until fully coated
  • Lay out on parchment paper and allow chocolate to harden. Bon Bons can stay in fridge once coated in chocolate and be eaten like cheesecake. They can also be stored in freezer and be eaten like ice cream.
  • Can be topped with shaved nuts (pecans have lowest carb count) or coconut flakes
