CheeseCake has always been one of my favorite desserts. Being able to eat fat bombs like this is the best part about Keto! Other than the weight loss of course. Keto Bon bons are so easy to make also.

Cream cheese is so delicious! It’s basically has no carbs. It’s made from milk and cream. Cream cheese is meant to be consumed fresh and comparable to mascarpone. Perfect for Keto cheesecake recipes.

In total this Keto cheesecake recipe requires 6 ingredients. Such as cream cheese, sour cream, and coconut oil. Also stevia, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips.

Start by combining all Bon Bon ingredients (save chocolate chips) in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator for an hour or two.

If you’re not interested in low carb simply replace all sugar free sweeteners with the real sugar version! Yum yum 

This Keto cheesecake recipe with chocolate coating requires 6 ingredients. Such as cream cheese, sour cream, and coconut oil. Also stevia, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Keto cream cheese Bon bons are gluten free.

You want the mixture to be chilled enough to hold form when scooped into balls. Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to 9 separate balls. Spread out on tray or baking sheet.

Store in freezer for another hour or so. You want them to be kind of frozen when dipped in melted chocolate. Otherwise they will melt and not hold shape.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or however you prefer. Dip and roll each cheesecake ball in melted chocolate. Lay back on tray until ready to serve.

Coconut oil is a healthy superfood because of its many nutritional qualities. It contains healthy fatty acids that promote brain health and weight loss. Coconut oil is great for Keto weight loss recipes.

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Cream cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Stevia Or any amount sweetener of your choice
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar free baking chocolate chips Lilly’s brand recommended

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients other than chocolate and blend until thoroughly combined 
  • Chill in refrigerator in order to harden enough to scoop and hold form 
  • Use an ice cream scoop (or preferred scooper) To Make balls out of creamcheese mixture.
  • Spread out on a tray or pan and pop into the freezer for one hour (this is to harden them enough to hold their shape once dipped in melted chocolate) 
  • Melt chocolate in microwave 
  • Toss cheesecake balls in melted chocolate and lay out to harden on parchment paper. 
  • Chill in the refrigerator
