Keto Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Recipe

It’s really fun accomplishing a recipe that works for me and my family simultaneously! Keep scrolling for this Keto Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Recipe.

This recipe had me feeling so satisfied and full off like 3/4 of one breast. Plus it was a hit with the entire family. Ordinarily I rarely make bacon but whenever I’m doing Keto I incorporate Keto Friendly stuff like bacon that’s normally considered fattening. That’s why I love the Keto Diet! My son who prefers to live on cereal and cup noodles was happy to eat this chicken breast and crunchy bacon! My 16 month old actually had bacon for the first time when I made this recipe!

Meat like chicken breast and bacon have little to no carbohydrates that’s why they’re so popular in Keto recipes. Not to mention they’re delicious and provide healthy protein. It’s great for meal prepping also! 

Anyways, I’ve mentioned before I started a garden and started a compost heap. It’s getting harder to help my plants grow and be healthy. I live in Southern California and the sun is very hot! Any plants that do not get shade are basically fried to death.

So I’m fighting wind and sun to keep proper shade over my crops meanwhile my dog wants to tear it all up! On top of all this my 7 year old son tried to jump on my makeshift gate that was keeping the dog out and he broke it. I have a few Lima bean plants doing very well along with some corn. So time will tell! 

Update on the garden. It’s still a jungle gym in there with random things holding up the shade sheets/curtains. But my plants look amazing! I can see Lima beans growing and my corn is getting so tall. The first thing I’m going to do when actual edible vegetables come in is make plant based recipes for all y’all!

This keto recipe is so easy to make

All you need is 5 (6 oz) Chicken breasts (Skinless), 10 Slices of Bacon (Any kind), and 2 Tbsp Butter for baking. Also 1/2 Tbsp Salt, 1/2 Tbsp Pepper, 1/2 Tbsp Cayenne pepper, 1/2 Tbsl Black garlic seasoning powder, and 2 Tsp Onion powder for seasoning.

  • 5 6 oz Chicken breasts Skinless
  • 10 Slices Bacon Any kind
  • 2 Tbsp Butter for baking
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsl Black garlic seasoning powder
  • 2 Tsp Onion powder


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Grease baking pan with butter
  • Evenly season chicken breasts
  • Bake for 45 minutes 
  • Allow chicken to cool off long enough to touch
  • Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices bacon and fry in large frying pan until bacon is crispy/brown

My 16 month old daughter had the absolute worst sleeping schedule last night. She’s trying to kill me with sleep deprivation I swear! So she stayed up until midnight and woke up at 630am! Then she went back to sleep at 830am for four more hours! I went back to sleep also because I was so tired. I’m grateful I got some more sleep to function today! Toddlers are nuts!
