I love eating hard-boiled eggs plain with seasoning, crumbled up and salads, made into egg salad sandwich, and so much more. Furthermore they’re healthy, gluten free, keto, and high in protein. 

Hard boiled eggs are great for healthy diets because they are low in carbs and high in protein. Eggs are also known to suppress your appetite. 1 egg contains 75 calories, 7 grams of protein, 5 grams of healthy fat, 1.6 grams of saturated fat, iron, vitamins, minerals, and even carotenoids! Additionally boiling hard boiled eggs can take up to 30 minutes however you can cook them in the instant pot

in 10 minutes!

  • 1 cup of water

How to make hard boiled eggs in instant pot?

Eat them on avocado toast
  • Step 1. Get your Insta pot ready by placing the inner pot inside the base and pour 1 cup of cold water inside.
  • Step 2. Use 1 cup of water for a standard 6 quart instant pot and 1.5 cups of water for an 8 quart pot.
  • Step 3. You can use the steam rack if you want but you can also just place the eggs in the water.
  • Step 4. Seal the lid tight on the Insta pot and set the pressure cooker on high for five minutes.
  • Step 5. Set the steam release for 5 minutes then quick release the lid.
  • Step 6. Once the lid is off your Insta pot let the egg sat in the water while it cools down for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 7. You can now store them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat them or rinse in very cold water for 5 minutes to eat immediately.
  • Step 8. Hard boiled eggs will stay good if stored properly in the refrigerator up to 7 days.

How to make hard boiled eggs in instant pot? You can efficiently make 10 to 12 hard boiled in 10 minutes with your instant pot. It’s quick, easy, and efficient as well as healthy and keto friendly.   • 10 Whole eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of water in your 6 quart instant pot or 2 cups water for 8 quart instant pot
  • Set in the steam rack if you want however you can just put the eggs directly in the water as well it won’t make a difference
  • Seal the lid shut and pressure cook on high for five minutes and steamer lease for another five minutes
  • Open your instant pot and remove the lid then allow the eggs to rest in the water for at least five minutes so it cools down.
  • You can either store them in the refrigerator and eat them later or rinse them in really cold water until they are cool down enough to peel immediately
