Using a sheet pan to bake your low carb scrambled eggs recipe is the easiest way to cook them. I love adding spinach and shredded cheese as well. Sheet pan scrambled eggs are delicious and keto as well. It’s perfect for doing the keto egg fast also.

I was recently trying the keto egg fast and meal prepping when I made this recipe. These sheet pan eggs are perfect for low carb meal prepping. It only takes about 10 minutes to prep and 12 minutes to bake. Then just use a spatula to cut the baked eggs into 12-16 portions.

People love eating eggs on high protein low carb diets. That’s because they’re very high in protein and have almost no carbs! Eating plain old eggs can get boring that’s why you need different recipe ideas like these oven baked scrambled eggs.

Spinach is the perfect low carb vegetable to add into this recipe. Did you know spinach only has a few carbs few serving? Additionally it’s rich in vitamins and minerals.

Additionally I like to use precooked real bacon bits from the pantry rather than cooking fresh bacon. Real bacon bits by Oscar Mayer have zero carbs so they work perfect for keto diet egg recipes.
