You only need easy low carbohydrate ingredients for this keto bacon sushi oven baked roll. For the log you need 12 oz pack of Bacon (usually about 14 slices), 16 oz Ground turkey, and 2 Eggs.
You will also need 3/4 cup Cream cheese, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, and 1 tbsp onion powder. For the spicy mayo Keto recipe you only need 3/4 cup mayonnaise and 3 tbsp hot sauce of your choice. Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce has zero carbs.
First Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. On a large cutting board, lay out plastic wrap to cover entire board. Lay an equal size sheet of foil on top of the plastic wrap to make this keto bacon sushi.
Lay out all bacon slices flat on top of foil, touching each other (no space in between slices). In a large mixing bowl combine ground turkey, eggs, and spices. Use a large mixing spoon and blend vigorously until thoroughly combined. This is you keto bacon sushi filling.
Spread turkey mixture flat on top of bacon slices like a blanket. Place cream cheese on the edge of the bacon roll (on top of turkey layer). Cream cheese layer should look like a long play doh snake, and placed only on the edge closest to you (horizontally).
Pull up that same edge (closest to you) from the foil layer and start to roll into itself like a large rug. Roll one time then separate the foil. Continue to roll log into itself until rolled all the way into a log (like a large rug)
Wrap entire bacon turkey log in the foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Then make the spicy Keto mayonnaise sauce to top this keto bacon sushi.
Combine mayonnaise and hot sauce in a mixing bowl. Use a whisk to blend until thoroughly combined and creamy. This recipe is a fun family recipe as well.
