Elsa’s Frozen II Sheet Cookie Recipe

This Disney themed sheet cookies recipe is so delicious and colorful. I was shopping for almond flour and white chocolate chips when I saw these blue and white swirled chocolate chips. I got excited when I saw they had Anna and Elsa on the package! Disney themed dessert recipes like Frozen II Sheet Cookies are so much fun.

I have a 2 year old daughter and thanks to Disney Plus we watch Frozen almost every day. We haven’t seen Frozen II yet because we’re waiting for it to become available on Disney Plus. But she loved this sheet cookie recipe! Her little face was covered in blue colors.

This is my first time making Disney themed cookies! And they turned out really good too. It was the perfect easy after school snack for my kids. I just love baking with colorful ingredients like the blue and white swirl chocolate chips.

Disney themed dessert recipes are really simple to make. You only need a few simple every day ingredients. All you need for this one is 3 cups all purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, and 3 tsp baking powder. Also 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 cup butter, and 4 oz cream cheese.

Bake the sheet cookie recipe for Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the sheet cookie cake to rest in the pan. Use the remaining 2oz of Frozen II blue and white swirl chocolate chips to create blue drizzle.

Add the remaining 2oz of Frozen II blue and white swirl chocolate chips into a medium mixing bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Whisk or stir and heat in the microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again.

Continue this process until the chocolate chips are thoroughly melted. Drizzle the melted blue chocolate chips on top of the sheet cookie. Store Disney themed cookies in the refrigerator until the blue chocolate chip drizzle hardens (about 45 minutes)
