This chocolate ice cream recipe makes the best fudge pops. It’s so much simpler then making ice cream any other way. All you need is some inexpensive popsicle molds. My 8 year old son likes to complain about the recipes I make most of the time.

However this time he was begging me for another one right away! This chocolate popsicles recipe is so simple to make, they’re great for an inexpensive treat during spring and summer. 

I’m thinking of making another similar recipe for chocolate popsicles with a white chocolate candy shell. I just have to get more heavy whipping cream. This dessert is so easy to make and it’s a great inexpensive dessert for kids.

Easy Fudge Pops

You only need 3 simple ingredients to make this ice cream pop recipe. All you need is 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp powdered sugar, and 1/4 cup chocolate syrup. That’s all you need to make 6 big delicious ice cream pops!

The directions to make this chocolate popsicles recipe is super easy as well. Start by combining the heavy whipping cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Then beat it with an electric mixer until it becomes whipped cream. 

Once the mixture has become fluffy whipped cream add 1/4 cup chilled chocolate syrup and beat again on high until the chocolate

is thoroughly combined. Use the chocolate whipped cream to fill the popsicle molds.

Put the chocolate ice cream recipe in the freezer for 3 or 4 hours until completely frozen before serving!
