Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Easy peanut butter fudge recipe is so simple and tasty. I love putting little sprinkles inside and on top for a little decoration. It’s so simple to just heat up the ingredients in the microwave too. The peanut butter captain crunch cereal adds a little crunch in this recipe for cereal bars.

Peanut butter fudge microwave version is the easiest way for me. However you can also heat the fudge ingredients in a pot. Just make sure you stir continuously so it doesn’t burn the fudge dessert recipe.

This recipe for cereal bars works for any time of the year. I made them for a birthday party and Thanksgiving this year. I love the pretty tan color of the peanut butter and white chocolate chips melted together.

The night after I made this peanut butter fudge

I woke up in the middle of the night and ate like half of the pan. Then I ate some more for breakfast the next morning with my toddler. Oh well we will eat something healthy later.

This recipe for fudge is so versatile

Peanut butter fudge microwave only needs 5 ingredients. All you need is 12 oz Vegan White Chocolate Chips, 1 cup Peanut Butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. You also need 3 cups peanut butter Captain Crunch and 1/4 cup white sprinkles.

This recipe is so simple to make for the family. First, in a large microwave safe mixing bowl combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat for 40 seconds and stir with a large mixing spoon.

Heat again for another 40 seconds and stir again. If it’s still not thoroughly melted heat again for another 30-40 seconds and stir vigorously until thoroughly combined. Next add the vanilla extract to the family recipe ingredients and stir again.

Lastly, add the peanut butter Captain crunch cereal and fold/mix until cereal is evenly distributed throughout the melted fudge mixture. Pour the entire mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment or wax paper (I used an 11x7x2 rectangular cake pan).

Set the fudge in the refrigerator to harden for 1 to 2 hours
