Easy Keto whipped cream recipe

This easy Keto whipped cream recipe is fluffy and delicious. It only contains about 2 carbs per serving. I love to eat it with low carb fruit like raspberries or blueberries. Additionally it only takes like 10 minutes to make. Leave out the optional vanilla extract and it’s only 2 ingredients!

My absolute favorite way to eat low carb whipped cream is to eat it with frozen blueberries. I freeze the blueberries for a few hours and then smother in this Keto whipped cream. You can snack on it all day too.

The best part is when the Keto whipped cream freezes around the berries and tastes like ice cream. It’s the best keto vanilla frosting recipe. Heavy whipping cream is on of my favorite Keto dessert ingredients.

Easy Keto Whipped Cream Recipe

You only need 3 very simple ingredients to make this simple low carb whipped cream recipe. The keto ingredients include 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup powdered erythritol for baking.

In fact you can use any powdered sugar replacement such as erythritol or confectioners monk fruit. I prefer to get the powdered sugar type Keto sugar replacement. It measures equal to granular sugar.

Sure you can use the regular portioned Keto sugar such as 1-2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit. However by using the powdered sugar kind it really fluffs up the whipped cream. Furthermore it’s similar in price and equal in having no calories.

The directions for this recipe for Keto whipped cream are so easy as well. First make sure to refrigerate the whipping cream before hand so that it’s nice and chill. It also helps to chill the large mixing bowl and beater sticks for extra fluffy whipped cream.

Next, in a large mixing bowl combine all the low carb ingredients and beat with the electric mixer until thoroughly combined and fluffy. Store in the refrigerator in a cover container (I just put plastic wrap over large mixing bowl).
