Easy Honey Pineapple Shrimp Stir fry

I love making this pineapple shrimp recipe especially in warmer weather months like spring and summer. The flavor combinations are mouthwatering and simple to create. Easy shrimp recipes are one of my favorite family and date night meals. 

My easy honey pineapple shrimp recipe is delicious and tasty. It’s perfect for summer BBQs and simple dinner meals. Everyone will adore the salty sweet flavor of the creamy sauce. That’s my favorite part too, I always lick my plate!

You only need some simple ingredients to make these easy shrimp recipes. Ingredients include 1/4 cup shredded pineapple, ¼ cup mayonnaise, and 1 pound large shrimp. Shrimp should be 18-20 count, peeled and deveined.  

Other ingredients for honey pineapple shrimp recipe include 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon heavy cream milk, and 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Lastly you will need 1 tbsp sea salt and 3 tbsp corn starch.

The direction for my easy shrimp recipes are super simple to follow. Start by peeling and deveining your shrimp if needed. Then, in a large mixing bowl, combine mayo, honey, and heavy cream and whisk until thoroughly combined. 

Then add the corn starch, sea salt, and pineapple to your pineapple shrimp recipe and whisk again until thoroughly combined. Next, add the shrimp into the bowl of sauce/batter and mix so shrimp are covered in sauce, cover them with plastic wrap or a lid and allow to set for 30 mins to an hour.

Bring oil to a medium heat in a large frying pan, then pour the shrimp and sauce into the hot pan. Fry shrimp for approximately 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Anyreasonlife

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, 18-20 count, peeled and deveined 
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp salt

  • Remove from the heat and allow to set for 10 to 15 minutes to cool and the sauce to thicken
