Chipotle Chicken Thighs

This one is super simple to make as well. You only need a few easy ingredients for this easy crockpot chipotle chicken. Ingredients include 8 (6oz) chicken thighs, 2 tbsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp chopped onions. 

Other chipotle chicken recipe ingredients include 1/2 medium jalapeño (rinsed with guts and seeds removed) and chopped. Also 1 tbsp chipotle chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp cumin. 

The directions for slow cooker chicken thighs are incredibly simple also. Start by combining all the seasoning in a small mixing bowl and whisk. Place the chicken thighs into the crockpot first.  

Sprinkle the easy crockpot chipotle chicken seasoning and evenly distribute it on top of the chicken. Toss in the onions, garlic, and jalapeños. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
