This easy Crescent Roll Cheeseburger Pie Cups recipe is the perfect simple family meal. This recipe requires minimal effort and tastes so delicious. Cheeseburger ground beef biscuit cups are cheap to make and less messy than regular burgers.

I made this ground beef in my crock pot just because it was easier for me today. But you can make your cheeseburger meat in a pot or frying pan. The most important part of this crescent roll cheeseburger pie cups recipe are the pillsbury biscuit cups.

Pillsbury makes a variety of ready made biscuit and baked good doughs. The ones you want to use for these ground beef biscuit cups are large, thick, and fluffy. The best biscuits for this family friendly recipe are Pillsbury Grands, 16.3 oz, and have an 8 count of biscuit dough.

You only need 8 easy ingredients to make ground beef biscuit cups. Ingredients include 16 oz ground beef, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, and 1 cup shredded cheddar. Also 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp onion powder, and 16.3 oz Can Pillsbury Biscuits (8 count).

Easy cheeseburger biscuit cups recipe

The directions for this crescent roll cheeseburger pie cups recipe are simple also. Using a crock pot or large cooking pot start heating up (thawed) ground beef. Add olive oil and seasoning to the ground beef and stir.  It’s the filling for these crescent roll cheeseburger pie cups.

Allow the ground beef to cook while making the biscuit cups recipe (ground beef will take about 2 hours on high in a crock pot and 40 minutes in a regular pot) on the stove. Preheat oven to 325 degrees (or follow specific directions on your biscuit can).

Turn your muffin pan upside down and grease 8 cups. Use your hands to flatten raw biscuit dough and mold it into an upside down cup on the upside down muffin pan. Bake ground beef biscuit cups in the oven for about 12 minutes (or time directed on the biscuit can).

When the ground beef is full cooked, remove the heat, then add all the cheese. Stir around a little bit and allow the heat from the meat to melt the cheese. Once the burger biscuit cups are done cooking allow to cool off enough to be handled.

Distribute the ground beef evenly into each biscuit cup. Top with favorite sauces such as ketchup and mayonnaise and some sliced pickles. You can also add some shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes to your ground beef biscuit cups recipe.
