You only need a few simple ingredients for this Keto quiche recipe. You will need 1 Cup Almond Flour 1 Package McCormick Onion Dip Seasoning Mix Or, 4 O z Cream cheese ( 1/2 cup) and 3 Whole Eggs.

Also 1/2 Cup Almond Milk and 1/4 Cup Butter. The directions are super easy also. Start by Preheating your oven to 350 degrees F. Then Use a food processor or blender to purée the cream cheese. This keto quiche recipe is almost done.

Then add avocado and butter. Blend until mixture until thoroughly combined. In a separate mixing bowl combine all dry Keto quiche ingredients and whisk.

Add eggs and blend on low. Slowly add almond milk and blend on low. Slowly add purée mixture and blend on low then medium until thoroughly combined. Grease a muffin pan or use cupcake liners. Pour keto quiche recipe into 8 separate muffins.

Bake your Keto egg and cheese muffins for 30 minutes.
