  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil


  • 8 Oz Shrimp Small/medium
  • 1/4 Cup Bacon bits


  • 2 Tbsp Curry spice
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Pepper


  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup White onion Finely chopped


  • In a large frying pan fry your onion and garlic in coconut oil.
  • Toss in spices and whisk then slowly add coconut milk while continuing to whisk to evenly incorporate spices.
  • Bring broth to a simmer then add shrimp and bacon bits. Cook until shrimp thoroughly turn pink.
