Easy chicken tenderloin recipe with creamed spinach sauce is perfect for dinner! That’s because it’s quick to cook and so mouthwateringly delicious. This quick and easy chicken dinner only takes 18 minutes to cook! Additionally the creamy sauce cooks with the chicken in the same pan. 

You only need common American ingredients to make this easy chicken tenderloin recipe. The ingredients include 1 lbs chicken tenderloin cut into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces (approximately). You will also need 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and 1/2 cup chicken broth. 

Other ingredients needed for this chicken dish with creamed spinach sauce include 1/4 cup white onions diced, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, and 2 cup chopped spinach.

Seasoning needed for this easy chicken tenderloin recipe are 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp dried parsley. I love this quick chicken dinner because it’s so easy to make. Start by cutting the chicken tenderloins into 1 inch pieces. 

The next step for for this chicken dish with creamed spinach sauce is to bring a medium/ high heat to a medium/ large frying pan (that has a lid) and drizzle  in the vegetable oil. Then add in the spices and onions and reduce heat to medium low. 

Next, mix and stir the onion around until they become golden brown. Pour in the milk, cream, and chicken broth and stir. Bring the liquid to a simmer and add in the chicken, cover the pan with the lid and cook for 10 minutes.  

The last steps for this easy chicken tenderloin recipe with creamed spinach

sauce is to add in the spinach, stir around the ingredients, then put the lid back on for 8 more minutes. Remove heat and allow it to cool off for 10 minutes before serving!

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white onions diced 
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
