Step 1. Season the chicken cutlets and bring the olive oil to a medium high heat in a skillet.
Step 2. Sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side then set it aside.
Step 3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 4. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and water in a standard casserole dish and mix it up.
Step 5. Dump the egg noodles into the casserole dish as well and stir.
Step 6. Pour in the spaghetti sauce and heavy cream and stir until combined.
Step 7. Make a layer of shredded cheese using 1 cup of the cheese.
Step 8. Disperse the seared chicken cutlets into the casserole on top of everything.
Step 9. Use the rest of the shredded cheese to make another layer of cheese.
Step 10. Bake the casserole for 20 minutes then rest it for 15 minutes in the oven to thicken.
Step 11. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top of the casserole!
