Do you want to know how to make keto cloud bread recipe? I love this one because it’s super sweet and delicious like a dessert. This recipe for cloud bread with caramel drizzle reminds me of angel food cake. Furthermore it’s not “eggy” at all, it’s light and fluffy. 

How to make cloud bread recipe with caramel drizzle super simple when you use the zero calorie caramel syrup by Walden Farms. I don’t have any affiliation with Walden Farms I’m just a fan of some of their products. When I say some, I mean not all of their zero calorie products are tasty to me. 

This recipe for keto cloud bread is really delicious with zero calorie caramel syrup. Caramel syrup by Walden Farms is one of their products I actually love the flavor. I don’t love everything they make for example their Ranch Dressing is not my favorite. I do like the chocolate syrup and blue cheese dressing. 

This low carb recipe reminds me of angel food cake!

Cloud Bread.

Anyway, how to make keto cloud bread is very simple. All you need is a few simple ingredients. Ingredients include 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp corn starch, and 1 tsp baking powder. Other ingredients include 4 tbsp powdered erythritol (or monk fruit), 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp Walden farms caramel syrup (zero calorie). 

Directions for your caramel recipe for keto cloud bread are so easy. First preheat oven to 325 Degrees f. Then in a medium mixing bowl beat the egg whites with your electric mixer on high until they fluff up as much as possible (5 minutes). Add in the sugar substitute, corn starch, and baking powder into the recipe for keto cloud bread and beat again until thoroughly combined. 

Then add the vanilla extract and beat again. Drizzle the zero calorie caramel sauce over the top of the whipped up cloud bread recipe ingredients. Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Use a large wooden spoon to scoop the fluffy egg white mixture onto the baking sheet

and gently shape it into an oval shaped puff.

  • Remove cloud bread from the oven and allow to cool off
