These Cadbury egg marshmallow dream bars are the funnest Easter dessert recipe ever. I love Cadbury mini eggs with the pastel colors. They have always been my favorite Easter candy. This Easter fudge is the best dessert because it’s delicious and so easy to make.
Marshmallow Easter fudge is the easiest festive dessert. You don’t have to bake anything and you still get this beautiful dessert. It’s so simple to make also, you only need a few ingredients. Cadbury egg marshmallow dream bars ingredients include 1/3 cup butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 10 oz White chocolate chips.
You will also need 4 oz purple chocolate chips such as Nestle Toll House Unicorn Morsels. Or you can use white chocolate chips+ 1/2 tsp purple food coloring. Other ingredients for this Easter fudge include 10 oz Cadbury mini eggs, 2.5 cups mini Marshmallows.
Easter dessert marshmallow bars are so easy to make also. First line a square baking pan (8X8 or 9X9 is good) with parchment or wax paper and set aside. Then in a large mixing bowl combine 10oz white chocolate chips, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/3 cup butter.
Next heat the mixture in the microwave for 40 seconds and stir, heat again for 30 seconds and stir, etc. Do this until the mixture is thoroughly melted and combined. Don’t heat the Cadbury egg marshmallow dream bars mixture longer than 30-40 seconds at a time or you’ll burn it.
Next add 8 oz Cadbury mini eggs and 1 cup mini marshmallows into the mixing bowl and stir/fold carefully with a large spoon. If you stir too fast it can break the chocolate eggs up too much and ruin the colors. Then immediately pour the dream bar mixture into the cake pan and spread it out carefully into the square shape.
Pour another 1.5 cups mini marshmallow on top of the Easter fudge, spread them out evenly. Sporadically top with the remaining 2 oz of Cadbury mini eggs. For the purple drizzle you can either use 4 oz Nestle Toll House Unicorn Morsels, or you can use white chocolate chips+ 1/2 tsp purple food coloring).
In a medium sized mixing bowl melt the purple chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir, heat again for 20 seconds and stir, etc until thoroughly melted. Immediately drizzle on top of the entire fudge/marshmallow bars in the pan.
