I love when I don’t have to make different meals for different people in the family furthermore all you have to do is cook a side of rice for the people in your family that don’t want to eat keto!

I like to use flank steak beef for my stirfry‘s but you can use another cut if you prefer. Other cuts of beef that are flavorful include sirloin cuts, ribeye, and skirt steak!

Here are the ingredients you want need to make easy keto dinner recipes like this beef and broccoli stirfry:

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lbs flank steak slices into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp oil for cooking
  • 6 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds optional garnish

Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp black garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil

Instructions:

  • Slice the flank steak into quarter inch thick strips
  • Chop your broccoli into floret chunks
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until they are thoroughly mixed.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet on medium heat and start to sauté the broccoli florets with the lid on for 5 minutes.
  • Scoop the broccoli into a bowl and set it aside while finishing the rest of this easy keto dinner recipes.
  • Add another tablespoon of oil back into the skillet and hear the flank steak strips on both sides for two or three minutes per side.
  • Reduce the heat to medium low and slowly whisk in the sauce mixture and bring it to a light simmer before adding the broccoli back into the skillet.
  • Stir in some water to thin the sauce if you want.
  • Allow the beef and broccoli stir fry recipe to rest for five minutes and serve.
