Air fryer salmon is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Additionally an air fryer is a countertop kitchen appliance like a toaster oven or waffle maker. It circulates hot air around food in order to cook it. 

Most models come in a two-liter to six-liter capacity and can cost anywhere from $70 to $200 depending on the model. That’s why I love using it all the time, I love the way it cooks seafood.

I love this low carb salmon recipe because it’s healthy, paleo, and Keto. Salmon provides vitamin A, vitamin C, and iron. Also Cobalamin, magnesium, and vitamin B-6. Furthermore salmon is one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids.

This salmon bites recipe is so simple to make

All you need to make Air Fryer garlic butter salmon bites recipe is a few easy ingredients. Ingredients include 8 oz salmon, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/3 cup melted butter. Also 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, or apple cider vinegar.

I also like to add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper to my low carb salmon recipe. The directions are super simple as well. In a large mixing bowl combine lemon juice, melted butter, minced garlic, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. 

Whisk the salmon marinade ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Slice the salmon into 12 cubes approximately 1 inch by 1 inch. Put the salmon cubes into the marinade and stir around a little bit.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for an hour or more. You can marinate your salmon as long as you like. Place the marinated salmon cubes into the air fryer basket, spread out evenly.

Set your air fryer to 350 degrees F. Cook salmon bites recipe in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Let them rest for only a few minutes and they are ready to eat. You can use a toothpick to top with spinach and cheese as well.
