All you need for this low carb air fryer recipe is 12 medium Brussels Sprouts, 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil, and 6 slices bacon (cut in half). Also 1/2 tbsp chipotle powder seasoning (or seasoning of your choice but this is one of my favorites for this type of recipe!).
The instructions for Air fryer brussels sprouts with bacon are so easy as well. First, cut the bottoms off the brussel sprouts. Then cut each bacon strip in half.
Add the Brussels sprouts into a medium mixing bowl with oil and seasoning and toss. Wrap each Brussel sprout with a half of a bacon strip, allow the bacon to overlap slightly to prevent it from unwrapping. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.
Wait a few minutes as bacon continues to cook, then check if the bacon is as crispy as you prefer. If not, cook for another 3 to 5 minutes to crispier bacon. This appetizer recipe is paleo, gluten free, and Keto.
